So I know I haven’t been on here in forever but it’s because I’ve been busy looking for work and dealing with some things. The above link post was written by me on a tumblr I created for use in telling my story when applying for financial assistance. There was a time in my life when I’d never imagined asking strangers for money to help pay my bills but I’m in a tight situation and I’m not sure how to get out. I’ve tried finding freelance work and hit dead ends, I’m still working full time and going to school so I can’t really pick up a part time job. I’ve even tried baby-sitting but all of my friends with children either already have long term sitters or can’t afford to pay me.
